Israel was last seen on Thursday June 1, 2023 between 4:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on foot in the area of Pico Boulevard and Normandie Avenue. Israel is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 155 pounds. He has gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, black pants, and black crocs shoes. Israel uses a walker and his mental condition is poor.
