Los Angeles: While on-duty, a Los Angeles Police Officer accidentally discharged a firearm.
On February 25, 2009, at around 2:20 p.m., Police Officer David Holmes was handling a firearm when an accidental discharge occurred. The incident occurred in the city of Los Angeles.
No injuries occurred.
Gang Narcotics Division is handling the investigation.
