Why: The Los Angeles Police Department is proud to announce the arrest of the Koreatown serial burglar, connected with numerous residential burglaries in the Koreatown area dating back to February 2017. Between February 24, 2017, and August 3, 2018, at least 21 apartments were burglarized during daytime hours.
