Opens https://lacity.gov/directory in a new window.Los Angeles: Los Angeles Police Department detectives are asking the public’s help in finding David Allan Weir, 24, who has been implicated in the shooting murder of his girlfriend, 22 year old Victoria Ramirez in Sherman Oaks.
On Sunday, August 6, 2006, at about 2:15 a.m., officers responded to an assault with a deadly weapon call in the 13000 block of Chandler Boulevard in Sherman Oaks. Weir fatally shot his girlfriend in the head during a domestic violence argument. Weir then fled the scene.
Van Nuys Homicide Detectives determined that Weir may be driving a dark gray 2003 Ford Mustang, with California license 5AXE735.
Weir has a criminal record for burglary, theft and narcotics. He should be considered extremely dangerous and may be in possession of a gun, which is registered to him.
