Los Angeles: Detectives from the
Los Angeles Police Department’s Pacific Area are asking for the
public’s assistance in identifying a robbery suspect.
On Sunday, January 29, 2017, around 10:15 a.m., one suspect entered
the Verizon Cell Phone Store located in the 9000 block of Venice
Boulevard in the city of Los Angeles. The suspect simulated a
handgun, removed cellular phones and exited the store. The crime
was captured on the store’s video surveillance system.
The suspect is described as a 25-30 year old male
Hispanic. He stands around 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs
approximately 145 pounds. He was wearing a motorcycle helmet with a
red/yellow flame design & a blue star, navy blue “Adidas”
jacket, black gloves, tan pants and white/light silver “N” (New
Balance) tennis shoes.
