The Los Angeles Police Department and the Business Improvement Districts in Central Area join the Central City Police Boosters in honoring the Central Area LAPD Officers and the BID Officers provide for a safe community in the downtown area.

Captain Horace E. Frank, and Captain Mike Oreb, LAPD, as well as representatives from the BIDs will be on hand to support and present awards.
