Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating missing children.
On Wednesday, December 3, 2003, at about 5:00 p.m., seven year-old Joey and 13 year-old Angel Salinas were taken by their natural mother from the adopted parents’ home, located in the 14200 block of Hubbard Street in Sylmar. Joey was last seen wearing a short sleeve red shirt and blue jeans. Angel was wearing a grey T-shirt with black stripes and grey pants.
The mother, Patricia Ybarra, is 31 year-old Hispanic and has black hair, brown eyes, 5’ 4", 140 lbs. She is possibly driving a black 2003 Toyota Camry or Corolla, license plate #5CGY416.
