"Child Abduction Regional Emergency Notification"
Los Angeles: On January 5, 2002, at approximately 5 PM., the suspect, identified as Jose Alberto Farris, abducted his four-year old daughter from the custody of her mother from the 800 block of South Carondelet Avenue. The suspect, who was upset with the lifestyle of the child’s mother, stated he was taking the child to Vera Cruz, Mexico.
The child, Paloma Farris, DOB 6-10-97, is described as having brown hair and eyes, 3 feet 5 inches tall, and weighs 40 pounds.
