The City of Los Angeles is inviting the public to come see what it takes to become an LAPD officer or a Los Angeles firefighter in celebration of Black History Month.  

This is an opportunity for the public to meet officers, firefighters and recruiters currently on the LAPD, Airport Police, Port Police, General Services Police and LAFD and to obtain information about the various career paths and preparation programs available.  

There will also be a personalized Q&A session for those who have specific questions about any of the departments.
