Panorama City: The family of Rochelle Picard and the Los Angeles Police Department are asking for the public’s assistance in locating her.
On January 30, 2018, around 1:30 p.m., Rochelle was on the 8900 block of Tobias Avenue in Panorama City. She has not been seen since, and her family is very concerned that she hasn’t been located.
Rochelle is described as a 57-year-old female White with brown hair and brown eyes. She stands 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs around 120 pounds. Rochelle was last seen wearing a black sweater, white T-shirt, black pants and black shoes. She suffers from depression and has threatened suicide.
