Moore and the Los Angeles Police Department Van Nuys Division are
asking for the public’s assistance in locating him.
On January 6, 2018, Keegan was last seen at 12:00 p.m., in the
13600 block of Victory Boulevard in Van Nuys. Keegan was last seen
with his older brother Devon. Devon left to the store believing
that his mother was with Keegan. When Devon returned from the store
Keegan was gone.
Keegan is described as a 9-year-old male White with brown hair and
hazel eyes. He stands at 4 feet 10 inches tall and weighs
approximately 75 pounds. Keegan was last seen wearing a grey star
wars shirt, black pants, black tennis shoes.
Keegan suffers from bi-polar disorder, ADHD, and Asperger disease.
Keegan takes medication and does not have the medication with
him.
