Los Angeles: The family of Rosa
Emma Villaltaarias and the Los Angeles Police Department’s Missing
Persons Unit are asking for the public’s assistance in locating
her.

On September 27, 2018, around 5 p.m., Rosa was last seen near the
1700 block of West 35th Place, in the City of Los Angeles. Rosa has
not been seen or heard from and her family is concerned for her
safety.

Emma Villaltaarias is described as a 91-year-old female Hispanic
with light brown hair and brown eyes. She stands 5 feet tall and
weighs around 120 pounds. She was wearing a blue floral print
shorts.
