North Hollywood: The Los Angeles Police Department’s North Hollywood Division is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Mr. Noe Alirio Romero.

On October 29, 2023, around 12:00 a.m., Noe was last seen on foot near the 12000 block of Cohasset Street. Noe’s mental condition is poor.

Noe is described as a 71-year-old, male Hispanic, with black hair and brown eyes. He stands 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs about 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white sleeveless t-shirt and gray shorts.
