Los Angeles: On December 5, 2003, at about 1:40 a.m., Los Angeles Fire Department responded to the rear alley of the 900 Block of East 108th Street for a vehicle fire. After extinguishing the fire, Fire Department personnel discovered the remains of a male inside the vehicle. This case is being handled as a homicide.
