Detectives Seek Public’s Help Locating Missing Juvenile NR24313kt

Los Angeles: The family of 14-year-old Promise Harvey and the Los Angeles Police Department’s Missing Persons Unit detectives are requesting the public’s assistance in locating her after she was reported missing.

Harvey was last seen on the morning of November 14, 2024, near the 300 block of 88th Place, headed to school. She was reported missing by her family around 6:00 a.m. on November 15, 2024, after it was discovered that she never went to school on November 14.

Harvey is a 14-year-old Black female. She has black hair and brown eyes, weighs 110 pounds and is 5’04”. She was last seen wearing a pink shirt, tan pants, and black and blue shoes.
