Harvey was last seen on the morning of November 14, 2024, near the 300 block of 88th Place, headed to school. She was reported missing by her family around 6:00 a.m. on November 15, 2024, after it was discovered that she never went to school on November 14.
Harvey is a 14-year-old Black female. She has black hair and brown eyes, weighs 110 pounds and is 5’04”. She was last seen wearing a pink shirt, tan pants, and black and blue shoes.
