The 9-year-old girl was shot after gang members confronted each other across the street from the girl’s home, last night, around 8:30 PM.
Photos of the victim and wanted suspects will be displayed.
The victim remains hospitalized in critical condition.
The victim’s family originated from Thailand, but the father speaks English.
