WHO: LAPD Captain III Ernest Eskridge, Area Commanding Officer LAPD Captain I Elaine Morales, Patrol Commanding Officer LAPD Foothill Senior Lead Officers

WHY: Target Corporation reached out to Foothill Area officers to help make the holidays a little merry for some deserving families that are having financial hardships. There will be 10 lucky children who will receive a $200 gift card from Target.

Target will close the store and Foothill Officers will help the children shop to make their holidays a little brighter.
