WHY: On October 27, 2015, LAPD’s Gang and Narcotics Division Gun Unit with support from the Gang Field Unit, Foothill Division Gang Enforcement Detail, and Devonshire Patrol, served a multi-two location search warrant in Northridge. The search warrant resulted in the arrest of two suspects with felony charges. It also resulted in the seizure of 39 firearms, including assault rifles, approximately 1500 lbs of ammunition of various calibers, methamphetamine, cash, a credit card embossing machine, fraudulently processed credit cards, and other stolen items.
