WHY:
The Los Angeles Police Department, Valley Traffic Division would like to remind our community to be safe on Halloween Day. Many children and adults will be celebrating this day’s festivity and it is important to follow safety protocols to ensure everyone is safe while trick-or-treating in the neighborhoods. We want this day to be fun and safe; and for our community members to have a great time while being vigilant for potential safety hazards.
