WHO: Captain Lee Sands, South Traffic Division Captain Darnell Davenport, Patrol Commanding Officer Southwest Area Council Representatives.
Note: Family members of the victim will be in attendance and will be available to the media.
WHY: On December 26th, 2016 at 3:40 p.m., a Hit and Run traffic collision occurred at 48th Street and 9th Avenue. The news conference will announce the arrest of the Hit and Run suspect.
