Why:
Each year, the number of bunco schemes goes up during the Holiday season. Detectives have prepared a list of the most frequently used schemes by con artists.
Over the last six months, detectives estimate that con artists have cheated people out of $250,000. At least one victim of a recent con artist will be present for interviews.
Spanish-speaking detectives will also be available, as will a Spanish-speaking victim.
