Inspector General Issues Preliminary Report on Rene “Boxer” Enriquez Incident NR15089dm

Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) has reviewed the preliminary report by the Inspector General on the Rene “Boxer” Enriquez incident. Based on the contents of the report, Chief Charlie Beck initiated a complaint investigation into the matter.
