DETAILS:
The Los Angeles Police Department will graduate 37 police officers, with 34 males and three females. The ethnic breakdown of the graduates is as follows: 10 Caucasians, 24 Hispanics, one Asian (no Koreans), and two African Americans. Graduating officers have completed 920 hours of training over the course of 24 weeks. Five of the graduates will be police officers for Los Angeles World Airports.
