LAPD CSPB officers are bringing their huge Holiday Toy Giveaway and Festival back to Pacoima! The Grinch & Santa will arrive to the event in the park, and the LAPD Helicopter will be on display for all to see! Officer Michael Scott (An event organizer who has been putting on huge community events since 2001) grew up in Pacoima and is thrilled to come back to the community where he was raised.
