LAPD Cracks Down on Drunk Driving

Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department, in association with the California Highway Patrol, will be conducting a sobriety checkpoint.
The intention of the checkpoint is to raise community awareness of the Department’s commitment to minimizing the property damage, injury and death associated with the intoxicated driver. Ms. Tina Pasco, Executive Director of the Mothers Against Drunk Drivers (MADD) will be in attendance during the operation.
