Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department’s Centurion Baseball Team will be hosting a Holiday Toy Giveaway and Party.
This event is the third charitable community event the LAPD Centurion Baseball Team puts on annually in order to bring children, the community and the Police Department together. The Centurion Baseball Team has joined other communities and non-profit organizations to make this event the most memorable of the year.
This event will showcase public safety displays, provide free cotton candy, snow cones, popcorn, toys, games, a puppet show and Christmas stockings for disadvantaged children. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to receive a toy.
Special Celebrity Guests: Tamera & Tia Mowry from the TV show "Sister, Sister" and Tahj Mowry from the TV show "Smart Guy".
Santa Claus will be arriving to the Academy in a 1958 Chevrolet police car and will be handing out toys with the assistance of his helpers.
