DETAILS:
Halloween can be fun and safe if children, parents and drivers are alert and consider some simple safety measures before and during Halloween. There will be demonstrations on safe and unsafe costumes, including homemade costumes which are not fire retardant, tips on how to choose safe candy and the dangers of some Halloween decorations.  There will also be demonstrations on traffic safety for both drivers and trick or treaters.
