WHO: Los Angeles Police Department Metropolitan Division Officers Santa Claus
WHY: LAPD Metropolitan Division officers will be handing out toys to children within the community. Santa Claus will personally hand each child their present, and family members will be given the opportunity to take pictures with Santa Claus.
