WHY: Please come and join us as we celebrate Mission Area Community Police Station’s 10th Year of service to the Northern communities within the City of Los Angeles.
It will be a great opportunity to get acquainted with the Division and the Officers that serve here. There will be food, fun, and fanfare the entire family will enjoy.
Many of LAPD’s specialized units will be on hand to showcase their equipment and to interact with community members; including Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) Unit, Mounted Unit, and a vintage LAPD police car. Station tours will be given allowing the public an inside look at the police facility and to view working officers in the course of their duties.
