WHAT: Los Angeles Police Officers perform Rap song for “Just Say No” rally at Mayall Street Elementary.

WHO: LAPD Baseball Team Members LAPD CRD officers Mayall Street Elementary School Administrators and Students

WHY: This event is presented to Mayall Street Elementary School as an acknowledgement of their efforts in adopting our “Just Say No” Pledge Campaign at their school. 500 students, with the encouragement of their school staff, have written pledges about the importance of saying no to drugs, gangs, crime, and bullying. This rally is being held to help encourage positive interaction between students, police officers and community mentors whose mission is to positively impact the lives of our youth.

Every month at the rally, a student wins a prize for their participation in the campaign. Fifth grader Nicholas Vaszques will also be surprised with Dodger tickets at this event.
