WHAT: Los Angeles Police Department Recruit Officer Graduation Ceremony for Class 8-15

WHO: LAPD Chief Charlie Beck Representatives from the LAPD Board of Commissioners Representatives from the Mayor’s Office LAPD Command Staff and Special Guests
DETAILS: The Los Angeles Police Academy will graduate 25 officers. Of the 25 graduates, there are 21 males and four females with the following ethnic breakdowns: Nine Caucasian, 12 Hispanic, one African American, two Asian (non-Korean) and one Filipino. Graduating officers have completed 920 hours of training over the course of 24 weeks.
NOTE: Event parking will not be provided. Use of public transportation is encouraged whenever possible. For those who need parking, recommended paid parking lots are as follows: -233 S. Main Street -246 S. Spring Street -220 S. Spring Street
