LAPD to Host a Free Bicycle Safety Clinic NA15029an

WHO: LAPD Devonshire Community Station Fleet Street, non-profit organization Safe Moves, non-profit organization LAPD Devonshire Bike Unit LAPD First Volunteer Bike Patrol

WHY: LAPD will host a bicycle safety clinic to promote safety procedures when riding a bike. This event will encourage participants to ride their bicycles in a safety course operated by Safe Moves.

Fleet Street will be at the Bicycle Safety Clinic repairing bicycles free of charge. In addition, any unwanted used bicycles will be collected at the event. There will be a raffle for a chance to win bicycles and bicycle accessories with the participation of a safety quiz. The event is open to the public and free to all participants.
