WHO: LAPD Officer Deon Joseph

WHY: The event is designed to first put a smile on the face of children experiencing homelessness, and bring awareness to the plight of homeless families living in Skid Row shelters. This year there are a total of 267 children in the Union Rescue Mission. Hope to see you there.
