DETAILS:
The Los Angeles Police Academy will graduate 55 officers. Of the 55 LAPD officers, there are 45 males and 10 females with the following ethnic breakdown: eight Caucasians, 41 Hispanics, one African-American, two Asians, and three Filipinos. The graduating officers will have completed 912 hours of training over the course of 24 weeks.
