WHY: Valley Traffic Division will hold its inaugural Christmas tree trimming event as a memorial to victims who died as a result of automobile collision. The purpose of this event is to invite family members to hang an ornament on the tree in remembrance of their lost loved ones and to let them know that we support them in this process. Members of the family will be available for media interviews.
