Hollywood:  To assist the public in avoiding possible traffic congestion during the LA Pride Parade on Sunday, June 12, 2022, the following areas around the parade route should be avoided when possible to prevent travel delays for community members:

The LA Pride Parade will begin at 10:30 a.m.

Sunday, June 12, 2022

Hollywood Boulevard will be closed from Highland Avenue to Vine Street.

  • Cahuenga Boulevard will be closed between Yucca Street to Sunset Boulevard.
  • Highland Avenue will be closed from Hollywood Boulevard to Sunset Boulevard.
  • Sunset Boulevard will be closed from Highland Avenue to Vine Street (4 a.m. – 4 p.m.) 
  • Hollywood Boulevard will remain closed between Cahuenga Boulevard to Vine Street from 12:01 a.m. to 11:50 p.m., Sunday June 12, 2022.

 NOTE: Selma Avenue will be open to outgoing and residential traffic only.

 The LA Pride Parade is produced by Christopher Street West Association Inc. (CSW), which is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, which organized the world’s first permitted parade advocating for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Questioning (LGBTQ+) rights on June 28, 1970 to commemorate the Stonewall Rebellion on Christopher Street in New York City.
