Man Arrested for Lewd Acts with A Minor NR21265wc

Northridge: Detectives from the Los Angeles Police Department’s Devonshire Area are seeking the public’s help in identifying any additional victims connected to the arrest of Oliverio Suarez-Aboytes.

On September 23, 2021, around 7:25 a.m., Devonshire Area detectives arrested 39-year-old Oliverio Suarez-Aboytes for 261 p.c. “Rape of a Minor,” in Lancaster, California. The investigation revealed sexual abuse of a minor and that Suarez-Aboytes used social media to target minor victims.

On September 27, 2021, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office filed two counts of “Meeting with a Minor for Lewd Purposes”, two counts of “Lewd Acts with a Minor”, and one count of “Showing Pornographic Material to a Minor”, Court Case No. PA097231.
