Man Shot and Killed by Roommate

Los Angeles: On Friday, February 4, 2005, at about 1:00 a.m., a homicide occurred in an apartment located in the area of Venice Boulevard and Speedway in the Venice area.
The victim, 29 year-old Mark Anthony Rivas, and 30 year-old, Robert Christian Vaughn were roommates and business partners. They became involved in an argument and began to fight. The dispute led to Vaughn arming himself with a gun and shooting the victim to death.
