Los Angeles: The family of
Julia Kebbel and the Los Angeles Police Department are asking for
the public’s assistance in locating her.
Julia Kebbel was last seen on January 31, 2018, walking her dog in
the 1900 block of Golden Gate Avenue, in the City of Los Angeles.
She has not been seen since, and her family is very concerned that
she hasn’t been located.
Julia is described as a female White with blonde hair and blue
eyes. She stands 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs around 100 pounds.
Julia has multi-colored tattoos on both of her forearms.
