Vincent McDonald and the Los Angeles Police Department are asking
for the public’s assistance in locating him.
James was last seen on January 28, 2018, in the 1300 block of South
Vermont Avenue in the City of Los Angeles. He has not been seen
since, and his family is very concerned that he hasn’t been
located. James suffers from Schizophrenia.
James is described as a male White with gray hair and black eyes.
He stands 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs around 180 pounds. James
was last seen wearing a red flannel shirt, white t-shirt and blue
jeans.
