Los Angeles: Philip Mays was located at a local hospital in good heath and stable condition.

Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department and the family and friends of Philip Mays are requesting the public’s assistance in locating him.

Philip was last seen on July 19, 2023, at 5:00 p.m., in the 4200 block of 11th Avenue in the South Los Angeles area. He has not been seen since and his family is very concerned for his safety. Philip suffers from Dementia and is non-verbal.

Philip is described as a male Black with gray hair and brown eyes. He stands six feet two inches tall and weighs 120 pounds. He was wearing a gray thermal long sleeve shirt and black sweatpants.
