Los Angeles: The family of Rufino Dacasin and the Los Angeles Police Department’s Transit Services Division requests the public’s assistance in locating him.
On December 13, 2019, around 9:00 a.m., Los Angeles Police Department officers assigned to Transit Services Division working at Union Station were alerted of an adult male that was missing. The investigation revealed that Dacasin was travelling by bus from Las Vegas, Nevada to Riverside, California. The bus stopped in Riverside, California and then continued to Los Angeles Union Station with family members onboard. While at Union Station Dacasin went missing.
Rufino Dacasin is described as a 74-year-old Asian male with short black hair and brown eyes. He stands 5 feet tall and weighs approximately 110 pounds.
