Mr. Hoc was located in Northeast Division and has been
reunited with his family.
Los Angeles: The family of Seang Veng Hoc and
detectives from the Los Angeles Police Department’s Missing Persons
Unit are asking for the public’s help in locating him.
Mr. Hoc was last seen on November 18, 2019, around 4:00 p.m. in the
1400 block of Logan Street in the City of Los Angeles. He was
wearing a beige L.A. hat, a dark short sleeve shirt with dark
pants. Mr. Hoc has a black birth mark on the right side of his face
and has false teeth. He hasn’t been seen or heard from since his
disappearance and his family is concerned.
Mr. Hoc is described as an 82-year-old Asian male with gray hair
and brown eyes. He stands approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall and
weighs 130 pounds.
