On January 3, 2006 at 10:30 AM Bernetta Hunt was at a doctors appointment at 15211 Vanowen Street in Van Nuys. While at the doctor’s office Ms. Hunt exited the office without her caregiver.
Bernetta Hunt is described as a female African American, 73 years old, with black hair and brown eyes. She is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds. She was last seen wearing a blue shirt with white dots, black pants, blacks shoes and a baseball cap.
Ms. Hunt suffers from severe Alzheimer’s Disease, Coronary Artery Disease, High Blood Pressure, and Diabetes.
