Detectives have announced that there have been several sightings of Missing Person Shawn William Tischler since he was first reported missing on May 27, 2011. He was heard from on May 30, 2011, in Granada Hills and was last seen in Long Beach on June 29, 2011. He has also been known to frequent the Venice Beach area. Anyone with information about Tischler’s whereabouts is urged to contact LAPD Missing Persons Detectives at the number listed below.
Los Angeles: The family of Shawn William Tischler and the Los Angeles Police Department are asking for the public’s help in finding Tischler.
On May 27, 2011, at about 3 p.m., Tischler was last seen at his residence in the 13000 block of Weidner Street, in the Foothill Area of Los Angeles. He has not been seen or heard from since and his family is extremely concerned for his welfare. His family advised that Tischler has medical conditions and has not taken his medication.
Tischler is described as a 29-year-old White male, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighs approximately 110 pounds and thin build.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Tischler is asked to contact LAPD Missing Persons Unit Detective Carlton at 213-996-1800.
