Los Angeles: Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) Missing Persons Unit detectives are asking for the public’s help in locating a woman visiting the Los Angeles area who has apparently disappeared.
The family of 41-year-old Nicole Davis is concerned that she hasn’t been seen since Dec. 8, 2011, at approximately 5 p.m. when she left the 3900 block of Stevely Avenue in LAPD’s Southwest Area. Davis had been visiting from New York and isn’t very familiar with the Los Angeles area. She has had no contact with her family or her 4-year-old daughter since her disappearance.
Davis is described as an African American female with black hair and brown eyes. She stands 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs about 270 pounds. She was last seen wearing a black sweater, khaki capris and black boots. She also may be in need of care for a medical condition.
