WHAT: MotorGospel Power Hour Anti-Street-Racing Outreach

WHY: To offer the illegal motorsports community (street racing, takeovers etc.) a safe, legal, free event in a controlled environment at which to exercise the need for speed and the desire to socialize with like-minded enthusiasts shoulder-to-shoulder with the LAPD Central Traffic Division Street Racing Task Force.
DETAILS: Approximately 300 motorsports professionals such as Aaron will be racing on the big track at Auto Club Speedway all day Saturday May 20th and Sunday May 21st. In the infield on Saturday only, the MotorGospel Power Hour offers a lower-speed autocross competition for public participation from 4:30 to 5:30PM. No experience is required for the autocross. It is available on a first-come first-served basis for anybody over 18 that meets very minimal safety requirements (driver not intoxicated, wheels not falling off of car etc.). A judged car show with trophies will take place from 5:30 to 6:30PM.
