WHY:
South Bureau Homicide Detectives announce the arrest of a suspect who is believed to be responsible for the shooting and killing of the following three victims.

On September 4, 2023, Carlos Loera and Ashley Guzman were shot and killed in the 1000 block of 253rd Street in Harbor City. Their one-year-old child was also struck by the gunfire but survived his injuries.

On September 30, 2023, Joseph Saldana was shot and killed in the 1200 block of North Park Western Drive in San Pedro.
