Why:
On December 25, 2005 at about 1:43 a.m., a fight between two patrons at the Habibi Restaurant, in the 900 block of Broxton Avenue in Westwood, escalated to a shooting.
The suspect left the restaurant and got into a car driven by a friend. The suspect leaned out the passenger window and fired one time at the intended patron but missed. The bullet struck another patron in the head. He remains in critical condition.
On December 28, 2005, detectives arrested the shooter in this incident at his Hollywood apartment. Two additional suspects remain at large.
