WHY:             
On July 20, 2011, a pedestrian was seriously injured in a hit and run traffic collision.  In efforts to avoid future tragedies involving pedestrians, personnel from Central Traffic Division will host a news conference to promote pedestrian safety and provide safety tips  and reminders of pedestrians’ rules of the road.
